Jacksonville, Florida, Jan. 31, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Everything Blockchain, Inc. (OTCMKTS: OBTX), an advanced platform engineer, development and services company and software foundry, specializing in blockchain technologies, decentralized processing and trust, announced today that it has acquired ATrade Desktop SoftwareTM. The trading platform was acquired with a million dollars in cash.

ATrade Desktop is a cross-checked alternative trading platform, an online stock alert service that provides visually simplified stock alerts, including risk management, stock selection and order matching. The company will seek appropriate licensing across multiple jurisdictions while optimizing the software through the use of Blockchain architecture and integrating the cryptocurrency trading platform. Everything Blockchain will leverage this cutting edge technology to develop its new EBI platform, which will provide additional front-end trading services and applications. The platform will include EBITrader®, EBITraderManagement®, EBITrading Services® to provide setup services, asset transfer management, and more to traders. The company is anticipating multiple rollouts as it gets its license which could be as early as 3 months, with all items up and running by the end of this calendar year.
