About the dashboard: Don’t use too many validating indicators as this can slow down the dashboard a lot when using too many pairs (like all 28 pairs) and timeframes.

If you are using 1 leading indicator and 3 checking indicators, it may take about 1-2 seconds for the individual pair/timeframe. Depending on the validation indicator used.

SuperTrend is slower than the rest. So, the best configuration is to use one key indicator and two validation indicators.

The video tutorial for the common profit ratio settings is available here:

And a video tutorial for the MA Confluence indicator here:

let’s start …

What is confluence?

From Investopedia:

Confluence is a combination of multiple strategies and ideas into one complete strategy.

Confluence occurs when two separate ideas/strategies are used together to form an investment strategy that aligns with the investor dangerous file and goals.

This term can also be used when performing technical analysis, by looking at charts and developing levels where different indicators are combined to help identify possible opportunities.

Master Confluence Strategy:

Main signal indicators (any one): MA Cross (internal) or Hull, OBV Cross, Heiken Ashi Cross

Validation indicators (preferably less than 3): OBV (with minimum distance), Heiken Ashi, ADX, SuperTrend, PSAR, EMA high time frame alignment

The main signal will first generate a buy/sell signal when:

If MA Cross True (Main):

Use the built-in MA or Hull MA and look for Fast MA and Slow MA Cross

If OBV Cross is True:

If the MA Cross is false, only the OBV cross will be considered as the main signal. It will search for OBV and OBV-MA Cross

If Heiken is true:

If both MA Cross and OBV Cross are incorrect, Heiken Cross is taken as the main signal.

It will search for the Heiken Ashi key.

If MA Cross, OBV Cross, and Heiken are all true, MA Cross will only be used as the main signal. While OBV and Heiken will be used as verification signals.

There can only be one major signal which will create buy/sell stocks. All other indicators will be used for verification only.

Once a buy/sell signal is generated, it will check all the validating indicators and see if they also indicate a buy/sell.

If it is not validated, the signal will be discarded. Otherwise if everything is at confluence, you will get a buy or sell stock, and stop loss and take profit lines will be created.

All signal settings:

MA (Main Signal) cross-checks

  • MA (integrated with MT4)
  • HAL Master

  • Buy: fast moving average crosses slow moving average upwards
  • Sell: Fast moving average crosses slower moving average down

Verify via OBV (Master or Validate)

If major:

  • Buy: OBV Crosses OBV-MA Up
  • Sell: OBV crosses OBV-MA down

If only validation:

  • Purchase: OBV must be at least a minute distance above OBV-MA
  • Sale: OBV must be at least a lower distance than OBV-MA

In the Dashboard, for MinOBVDist (Minimum OBV Distance), you can also set different values for different timeframes. This will also work in a stock ticker.

It’s useful in stocks because you may want to save a popular template that dash opens. He would like all values to be preset.

OBV-MA: is the moving average of the “OBV_MA_Period” number of the last OBV values. Using the moving average method “OBV_MA_method”.

Heiken Cross Check (Main or Validation)

If major:

  • Buy: Heiken turns bearish to bullish
  • Sell: Heiken is changing from bullish to bearish

If only checking:

  • Buy: Heiken should be bullish
  • Sell: Heiken should be bearish

ADX (validation):

The ADX indicator must be above the minimum for both buying and selling

Buy: +DI must be higher than -DI

Sell: – DI must be higher than +DI

SuperTrend (Validation)

Purchase: SuperTrend should indicate purchase (in blue)

Sell: SuperTrend should indicate SELL (orange)

PSAR (validation)

Purchase: PSAR point must be less than the price

Sell: PSAR point must be higher than the price

Top EMA Time Frame Alignment (Validation)

If the number of timeframes is 3, it will check the alignment of the current timeframe with 2 alignment of the higher timeframe.

If they are all aligned with the main signal, it will allow the signal.

Dashboard indicator settings:

The scan dashboard will also have the same settings as the stock indicator. Along with common dashboard settings shown here:

Example of a profitable setup:

OBV junction (key signal)

PSAR (verified)

SuperTrend (verified)

It gives great percentages for the M15 + forex trading pairs.
